Used Avid heating and they carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He arrived promptly and... was exceptionally polite ( rare these days). Diagnosed issue with boiler quickly and proceeded to mend. He didn’t make a drama and the boiler was up and running in no time. His charges were very reasonable especially on a Saturday morning so close to Christmas. Can’t recommend highly enough. Avid, they sure are!read more

Despite encountering problem after problem he worked methodically through all of them keeping us updated and his professionalism never wavered. Amazing heating Engineer. Book AVID heating into for your boiler servicing or boiler repair. Byron... was an absolute consummate professional at all times. Byron attended to help fix our boiler after it went bust. He was the only company who was able to help in the same week and offered to attend late one evening. After running late he texted and called to provide regular updates. He didn’t cancel and he said he would turn up and that he did. He diagnosed the problem, set about ordering the parts and gave advice on a temporary fix to help us with hot water and heating. While waiting for the parts he provided regular updates. His admin team are amazing and very friendly. I would reccomend Byron 1000times over. I’ll be booking him in for regular servicing and if you need a positive review to help decide- this is the one for you. He is a great guy and very friendly. Our boiler is fixed and we would not hesitate to call Byron if we need help again. Thanks materead more

From the first call to Avid Heating to the job being completed, the service we received was first... class. The receptionists couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging a time which was convenient for us for Byron to come round and do the work. Byron arrived early, was extremely courteous and provided an exceptionally professional service, even giving us some advice on our boiler and charging us a great price. Amazing service and expertise provided at all times during our emergency boiler repair. I would not hesitate to... reccomend Byron/Avid Heating. The admin staff are super friendly, warm and welcoming and will always try and contract Byron if you call with a question. Byron will provide regular updates if he is running late on a previous job. He will call and text which is great customer service. We have used Byron in his former business and will continue to use Byron for regular servicing and if our boiler goes bang again! I could not recommend Byron enough. He overhauled our old gas central hot air system when we purchased our new home and... completely installed a new wet heating system, running new pipe work throughout and installing new rads and a combi boiler. He advised us well on products, had the patience of a saint when changing my mind (!!) and nothing was too much of an ask.
